Thailand's leader has promised to make new rules about guns after a teenager shot people near Bangkok. The boy killed eight and hurt 22. He started at home, where he hurt his grandparents. Then, he went to his school and hurt five teachers. He also hurt himself. A student died from the injuries. Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said he will make rules to stop people from carrying guns in public. Only government workers will be allowed to carry them.
